At Together FM, we are seeking an experienced cleaner to join our dedicated team in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in our prestigious office block located in Sutton Coldfield. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in creating a clean and inviting environment for our employees and visitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and polishing surfaces to ensure the office block is clean and tidy.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure a high standard of hygiene is maintained.
  • Empty and dispose of waste and recycling materials in a responsible manner.
  • Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors to maintain a streak-free appearance.
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored.
  • Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a cleaner in a commercial or office environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a team player.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Good physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that require bending, stooping, and lifting.
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Reliable and punctual with a professional work ethic.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
